Barristers Zambezi

The atmosphere in the bar area is lively. However we were the only couple in the dining area. Food was not what we expected. Waiter was also not trained properly and had to keep going to asked somebody Food arrived ice cold and liver was so tough. Half my plate of food was returned with no questions asked. Sorry Barristers was our first visit and we were not at all impressed in the food or service - Maybe next time we will try the bar area for drinks but NO FOOD

The food was actually decent but the evening ended on a bit of a sour note. Our waitress was barely around, and would only appear every 20 minutes. When we eventually got the bill, we decided not to give a massive tip because we felt like her service was terrible. She proceeded to count her tips in front of us and she wasn't happy with the amount, so she instructed my friend to pay more. She then complained about how little it was, and that we should've given more. Eventually she left, but I wish I hadn't tipped her at all. We will never come back here again

Good specials, value for money. Not all waiters service up to standard. Enjoy eating there.Food: 4/5

It's a very nice place but the waiter got our order wrong and the meat was raw. Not mediium. I guess loadshedding has a huge effect but i will most definitely rather go to Potties or another restaurant. We did speak to the manager and explained very nicely but I guess it is what is is.Food: 1/5

what a disappointment we ordered takeaways 1 ribs 1 chedemelt steak that has grated cheese on it and one rump steak. there was no pepper sauce with the chedermelt steak as per order no muschroom sauce with the rump steak and to top it all off the steaks were so tuff to chew on .... huge disappointment really wont be ordering any food there again

We had a lovely day/night at Barristers, the entertainment is always good especially on special nights like st paddy’s day. The food is great, and on Mondays buy 2 & receive the cheapest half price. You can bring your wife wife. And during daytime there is a play area for kids,though not recommended after 18:00.... waiters are friendly and service great!

The food is good, aswell as the prices. Very nice vibe.. The only problem i had, as a non smoker there is not a No smoking section, people are smoking everywhere. So i don't think i will go back. Parking: More than enough parking.

Waiter confronted me for not giving him a tip even though I was only there for 15-30mins got only one drink.

Had a great waiter, very on the ball with orders. Food is amazing! Vibe very boring and out of date. They need to clean the place up a bit..

Awesome vibe, delicious food, and more than enough tv screens. A great place to watch your favorite sports.
