Just of the main road, bit noisy on the veranda, but you can't here any noise in the bedrooms and lounge. Not much of a view but you feel like in you in the bush. My friends and enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff... just needed a shower head. Sales person showed me choices and once I decided I was out of there in 5 minutes. Great selection too

Good selection of goods, generally reasonable treatment from staff. My previous and last time visiting though, I was sadly ignore by a senior member of staff and when I asked for help, I simply got an "I'm busy" followed a minute later by "Someone will help you later". After 6 odd minutes of no service and no other staff in site, I left. I just ask that you can correct this for future customers.

Great Customer service from Lizelle. She is always ready to help and knows the products very well. Also, BB Umhlanga has reasonable prices for good quality basins with vanities.
