Batteries Galore

Had a watch battery replaced quickly and inexpensively. In and out in ten minutes. Friendly service too. This review was for The Watch Battery in Spargs center, Beacon Bay. How did it get here?

No -one was at the house or at least responded to the door bell. Service zero. Clearly after looking for the address and finding it eventually resulted in my frustration..I am so sorry to hear of your wife's passing. It must be really tough for you. Either way it was around 11.30 to 12.00 and no response. Please confirm that in future which tel or cell number must be used. When in your other business premises I always had great service. If I get a response to a cell call etc will certainly return. Again deepest condolences on the loss of your wife. .

So my car remote batteries died, the one I've been using and the spare all i needed was to bring it in and they changed it after giving me a disclaimer dod you know that if the remote battery dies or the dashboard says so it could also indicate electrical problems in the car? Anyway for expert advice and great service see these guys

Horrible experience at Batteries Galore. Called in yesterday and the guy says I can bring my battery in to charge, run through from Hemingways on my lunch break.. when I get there his on a call out and asks me to leave it next door and he'll get to it when he returns. This morning I call in and he says he hasn't charged it but he will fetch it right now and do a heavy charge which would take 3 hours. Tells me I can pick it up at 13:30. So again I jog up on my lunch break. When I get there, not only is he on call out again, but when he returns, all he has to say is, it's been chaos and he hasn't even fetched it from next door. Running a business is more than just running after money, it's about tending to your customers no matter how big or small the job. Don't take on jobs if you can't handle it, be open with your customers, or you could have just worked from home. I would suggest he employs an extra person.

Absolutely would recommend these guys. The owner is proper when it comes to the satisfaction of his customers. The work shows for itself, that the owner cares for his customers. Excellent service.
