I just had the most professional, courteous and excellent service from Henk in changing a battery for me this evening. Henk came recommended via an Alfa group I am part of, as I needed a new battery for my Spider. I also was encouraged by the positive reviews here. Well, he surpassed all expectation, which was already high. It was a tricky job, as the battery is in a weird place. Henk absolutely knows his cars; he also did not try to sell me a more expensive battery than I need; his attention to detail is amazing, and he was patient and careful with a really frustrating and hard to access bolt. On top of that, professional, friendly, and not condescending as many people can be with women in a world of cars. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Henk!!
Excellent service received from Henk. When we went there on our fist visit Saturday they didn't have any stock of the particular battery, however they then offered to obtain the battery on the Monday and do a mobile installation. They delivered as promised and spent time to make sure it was installed correctly. Super friendly and the best service. I definitely recommend them.
These guys get customer service and they give the best advice. They set up a really cool inverter for my remote working and personal computer setup. My partner is also happy about his games not being interrupted by load shedding anymore. Happy customers.
Thank you to Henk and his daughter for the fantastic service, quick and affordable. I will definitely recommend you to everyone. Henk went above and beyond for me today, he didn't have my size battery in the shop and personally went and fetched a battery from the warehouse. Even with that it was the quickest service I have ever received. Once again, thank you very much for your help today. I wish all establishments were as efficient as Battery Pro Edenvale.
Awesome service 10/10 highly recommended! Dealt with Henk On a public holiday my car battery decides to kak, no other battery places were open yet Henk still answered his phone and came out to the shop to test and replace my battery within minutes. Amazing and efficient service.
Battery Pro went out of their way to find an unusual battery for our inverter.
Very helpful with advice and expertise also with solar battery
