What a nice clean mall, the atmosphere was great and the security was very visible, the staff was competent and very helpful, the whole place is wheelchair friendly. I will definitely return for another visit. We'll done to everyone who contributed to the wonderful atmosphere.
The Mall could be considered the best for family shopping. Problem is that is out of the way and not as accessible via public transport. The Mall would be one of the most successful malls in the Eastern Cape region. Currently it doesn't offer much when it comes to stock, most stores are limited in stock. If this can also be improved. It can be the go to places because those with cars are willing to travel but get disappointed when they don't find the item they are looking for. The Mall is secured and offers safe parking. On Wednesdays it offers unlimited wi-fi and parking.
Big mall with plenty of big names. Big named clothes shops too a lot of designer label shops too. Also got your super markets , game example. Big food market to with big sitting area. Parking fees are quite cheap 2.
electric charger for cars is good but no credit card accepted for parking is the past !
My first time at this mall, absolutely loved it, an amazing experience at Gravity Entertainment Centre, an absolute must if u have kids , with a variety of activities and a little take away with delicious eats , the cheesy jalapeños were divine. The mall has every shop/ retail store possible and was indeed a lovely visit . Great service overall from the staff at the stores we did visit ,
For a relatively new mall it's pretty lame. Not a lot of variety in the shops. Seems like most of the shops are for blue jeans and takies . The only reason I stop there when I'm in the area is to get a burger at RocoMama.
Overall the mall is clean lots of shops and spacious however My father almost got robbed at the atm , when they tried to "assist" him and his card got swallowed but thankfully he only had R400 in his acc. Please watch your back there are criminals in the area. And security is scares
The mall is clean and well organised. Definitely has most of the stores you'd be looking for in a mall
