Complaint after buying two cans of Rich Bright Gold spray paint. I used and finished the first can on a project that I am working on. I started to use the second can to complete the project when it stopped spraying. The can was nearly half. I went back to Kgotso build explaining what happened, hoping that they could exchange the can as it was expensive and stopped working, meaning I could not finish my project in time. The manager of the store accused me of lying as according to him the can is empty. I told him that the nozzle does not release any paint, even though I cleaned the nozzle with thinners, and sprayed it upside down before and after using it. From my part I did what I had to, as I use spray paint very often. The manager carried on showing other staff of Kgotso Build the faulty can that I bought and said that I am lying, and this in front of other customers. He and other men employed there said to me that “GlueDevil” will not help me as this can was used, even though it just stopped working whilst in die middle of spraying the object. I find this very disappointing and unprofessional, as this experience makes me question the quality of these products, and the treatment I received from Kgotso Build after being a regular byer of “GlueDevil” products, leaves me in doubt to continue using "GlueDevil" products, or supporting any Kgotso Build stores moving forward.
