Definitely book an appointment prior rather than wait. Atmosphere felt slightly unprofessional as some employees not working came to visit their coworkers either intoxicated or high. Unfortunately there was only one staff member working and reasonably felt frustrated as they had 3 customers around the time I was there. Nice place but there are better options for places to get piercings.

Very unprofessional, I went there to get 2 memorial line tattoos of my two dogs. The one is okay after they had to redo it twice the other one is a disaster. From the start I told the artist the nose and mouth of the chinese crested dog is extremely important as it needs to capture her essence. The nose looks nothing like a dog nose the nose holes are to far apart it looks like a dragon nose both tattoos have been fixed twice at this point. If you are particularly and want something perfect do NOT use them. Make sure your record your conversions for if something goes wrong as they will back peddle and say they never said that and try and make it out to be your fault. Horrible experience! Now they are telling me the tattoo is perfect and it's not. I am very upset as this is a memorial piece. The Shop owner is more than welcome to post the pictures I sent to them of what I wanted and the healed tattoos done by them for comparison.

We had an amazing experience! Had couples tattoos done, nose piersing and lip too. Awesome people! Hygiene outstanding and happy with our tattoos and piercings. Very welcoming and professional! Thanks Brian and Chez Will definitely come back. Our followers enjoyed being able to view and join in on the livestream and it was new memories made!

I did a piercing and I must say it was an awesome experience. Cleanliness is taken very seriously and all the equipment were properly sterilized. Staff members were friendly and super informative

Quite disappointed by the service here. I chose it for my first tattoo because of the good reviews, but the place simply didn't live up to the hype. I made a booking for 1pm, after I was offered 3 slots to choose from. I was impressed by this immaculate organization. On the day before my appointment I asked to move to an earlier slot. After "checking his books" the guy told me all the slots were already taken and adviced I keep my slot, which I agreed to, impressed again that they were organized. Imagine my disbelief when I get there and am told by a nonchalant guy to come back at 3 as they are behind schedule. I'm forgiving plus, it was my birthday and I wasn't tryna ruin it so I let it slide. My shock and fury when I get there at 3 and no, they're not ready for me, I must wait for the person they are busy with, then the lady who "made her booking 2 weeks ago". Not sure how long this all will take, but they're closing at 5. So there was a possibility I could be moved to another day after wasting my day with them. Good thing a friend suggested East Coast in Baywest. I immediately called them, and they assisted me right away! A striking contrast to the service I received at Redliquid. The staff there were welcoming and super friendly. Ended up saving R50 too. My experience with Redliquid could have been improved by a simple phone call to let me know they are behind schedule, BEFORE I wasted my time and money going there. If not that, they could have shown more consideration and care. Not a single apology was uttered for this incompetence. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and can't be trusted. The only good thing I can say is that the place looked clean and hygienic.

I had a wonderful experience. The piercer Gary, was so kind and knew how to calm my nerves down. They are good at what they do. Big ups to you guys
