Hi Guys what a disappointment my experience was at this place today. One of my clients that works for a very large retail store phones me this morning and asks me if it's possible to get 3 cylinder locks that works with one key and his looking for 2 sets. So I said to him I'll find out for you because if I could get this for him and install it, it would mean that I would be able to get in at one of the biggest retail stores in South Africa. That's a big deal for any company. So I make a few phone calls and eventually spoke to a lady at BBL which after explaining what I'm looking for then puts me thru to the accounts department because I have to open a COD account, the lady explained the procedure to me so I said you know I will drive there and get it over and done with you know. When I get there I walked into the shop where I found a gentleman sitting on the right hand side of the counter and a lady on the left hand side of the counter. Waited a bit because I could see they where busy, that was not the problem the swearing in general from the lady when she was talking to the gentleman on the right hand side you could not believe and this infront of customers. She eventually replied morning can I help you in a very rude way.I explained to her that I spoke to someone there in the accounts department and I hear to come and fill in a form, only to then find out that the lady in the accounts department gave me the wrong information about who is allowed to buy there and who can't. After all the trouble, petrol money and time wasted.

I was looking for a specific lock for BBL locks which I bought, I am struggling to get the boxes and decided to phone BBL, the gentleman that I spoke to said to me he cannot give me prices as soon as I told him it is not for a company but private and I must go back to the retailer and tell them to order. You are the people supplying the items to the retailers surely you can assist me in telling me where I can get, it is very difficult to find the BOX/EXPA lock box. I have been to Builders, Built It, Phoned Master Keys Beach Roadthis only said they don't have even looked at Makro and Takealot. So if you do not want to help me where should I get these. I think the best would be to just return the locks and get another brand which is not affiliated with BBL at all.
