It's a great store with friendly, enthusiastic staff members

I Deal With Eveline At This Specific Store, It's Been 8 Months Now And Nothing Has Been Done About My Bed That's Literally Turned Into A Black Hole.  I Paid Almost 10000zar For This Horrible Thing That She Recommended She Does Not Know Her Products It's The Second Bed Now That Has Not even Lasted A year.  She Has Sent People To My Home To Inspect And they Confirmed My Bed Is Buggered, But Due To Eveline's Incompetence Sending Them With The Incorrect Paperwork Nothing Was Done.  I Spent Allot Of Money In That Store And have Not Faulted On my Payments Once, They Just Want Your Money and don't care About Anything Else.  The Manager Is Absolutely Useless And Has No Clue.  The Customer Care Line Is A Waste Of Time And My Emails That Where Sent In April Have Yet To Be Seen To.  When I Speak To Eveline The Boss Or Head Office Or The Manufacturer Gets Blamed Or She Is On Leave Every Week Or At Some Kind Of Training Thing, I Have Sent Countless Photos And Done My Part 1000's Over.  When My Washing Machine Broke We Had To Sit With It For Almost 3 Months Before Something Was Done, The Driver Only Pitched Up Here At 19:45 That Evening With 2 Woman In His Bakkie Telling Me He Had 2 Flat Tyres On On Either Side Of His Van I Mean Come On .  The Service Is Absolutely Pathetic And I Have To Lay On Eveline For A Response Every Week And I Just Get Ignored.  But They Want Their Money , If I Was Advised Properly I Would Have Probably Spent Allot More In The Store But I'm Glad I Didn't, They Can Be Lucky I'm Still Paying My Account.  That Place Has A Very Bad Reputation And Now Know Why When You Get There Everyone Is On A Cellphone Or Sitting In The Back Talking Smack And Eating And They Always Have A Bunch Of Visitors No One Greets You When You Walk In And You Have To Ask For Assistance.  People Like Eveline Do Not Deserve To Work In The Service Industry And Cause A Business More Harm Then Good.  When You Call To Speak To Eveline She Is Never In The Store, Just Went Somewhere Quickly And She Never Calls Back, The Manager Gets Paid To Sit There And Do Nothing All Day.

Please retrain them on customer service because wow even their manage knows nothing about whats going on in that small store.
