The worst service ever!! They handed over my account days after receiving my debit order. To this day I have been countlessly calling to request that they cancel the monthly debit order since they do not have my account anymore, how is it that you still receive money for the account you have handed somewhere else? I am still waiting for an email that indicate that you have cancelled the debit order or I will initiate legal action.
They lie and the customer service is very bad.. I don't wanna talk about refunds it takes ages thats if you get it... Dont ever buy from a lady called Lerato
Worst experience. Would not recommend. Waited ages for my appliences and struggling to get a refund. Spend your money elsewhere
They don't keep their promises to the client.
