My Chiropractic treatment can include trigger point therapy, myofascial dry needling, kinesio-taping and spinal/extremity joint alignment in the form of adjustments.
Chiropractic can help treat a range of different conditions that is either nerve, muscular or joint related.

Extremity pain i.e ankle
Whiplash

When 5 stars are not enough!! Very easy to book via WhatsApp. Michela explained everything to me in detail which was extremely reassuring as I have never visited a Chiropractor before. Went in with a very sore neck and shoulders, came out feeling a lot better. May require some more treatment but all I can say is that I have total confidence in Michela to improve my condition, of which I’m very grateful.
Michela is an incredible chiro. I was having constant headaches and upper back pain. She listened to all my symptoms and the treatment was targeted at all the problem areas. She takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your treatment and she makes sure to get everything realigned. I loved that she was able to give me a heads up on some of the side effects I would feel after the treatment that were the beginning of the healing process. I knew what to expect every time and Michela managed to get good results on every visit. If I ever have any aches, pains or injuries, I’m definitely going back to Michela to fix me up!

Dr van Praag is extremely professional in her approach to her patients. She listens very carefully to what I say but then does a thorough exam to detect and pinpoint my ailment. Her strength and accuracy amazes me every time. She has so much empathy and often gets to the underlying cause of my discomfort.
Dr Michela van Praag runs a professional practice. She welcomes you warmly and treats you with respect and dignity. Her offices are neat and tidy and situated in a quiet office park on the edge of Beaulieu, Midrand. I always feel refreshed after my visits to her, knowing and trusting that my neck and back aches will be gone the next day. Good job, Dr van Praag! Keep on doing what you are good at.
I went to Beaulieu Chiropractic to get help sorting out shin splints, which were making running impossible. Michela did an amazing job helping me and made my first ever needling session a lot less daunting than I expected it to be. Highly recommended!
