Beautiful Blossoms

Was there yesterday not even half an hour out my nails were falling of..no products available, technicians struggle to help client's only one bottle of a colour. Some stuff so old don't even stick on nails anymore.HUGE SHORTAGE of stock..Technicians good personality and that is why that place is still open. Owner must start buying stock...I'm going back you will takeall this nails of and refund me...I had to glue it back ...not exceptable at all. Or I will go with my own products to safe what ever can be save on my nails. Another thing is my appointment was 12h00 I was only assisted 13h30, and I had 2 other appointments to attend to..technicians personality make up for what the management of the place lack in.Service: Acrylic nails

My first experience was a great one, but my second experience was definitely not, nails fell off within a week, they only give 50% refund. I’m so disappointed.

Nothing special for massages. I made a booking for my partner and I. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet or assist us. A lady was casually doing her own nails assume she is an employee but ignoring us completely. After we were finally helped, we were told to wait another 20 minutes. What is the point of a booking then? Also, we would not be in the same room. Again, what is the point of a booking then? We were offered the option for one to be massaged so long while the other waits the 20 min, but we declined, wanting to rather wait together and at least chat. A second lady insisted that we follow their suggestion, so why did they even ask in the first place? A children's playground nearby ensures continuous screaming and fluorescent lights make relaxation near impossible. My massage therapist spent more time on my left leg than my back, shoulders, and neck combined. Also expect someone to open the door while your massage is in progress - always an immediate turn-off to be vulnerable and people coming in and out of the room as they please. I feel MORE tension in my body after the experience than before. A 1 hour massage booking resulted in a 2 hour expedition.

Friendly staff. I did not have to wait as they began as soon as I arrived. But the nail color choices are quite limited with different colors inside of the bottle than initially shown..my nail tech was lovely but not very experienced. Whole appointment took 2.5 hours for gel mani and pedi. Left disappointed with subpar nails, unfortunately I will not be back.

This place will surely be my every time place when I'm here from cape town for holidays...great service perfect massage plus I want to try out other staff..and thanks for the birthday treat

This place destroyes people's nails and the best of all is they don't allow white people to work there

Its a cute place. The ladies are very nice and professional. I really enjoyed my time there .
