Susan and team are not only talented and good at what they do, but they provide the best environment too. Salon is always clean, the service is impeccable  and I always walk out looking amazing. When I queried the price for a hairstyle I wanted, I was met with a “lack of concern” type of attitude and not provided clarity or even confirmation around the booking I had made a week in advance.  I then had to scramble at the last minute to make another booking for my hair at another salon. The hairstylist doesn’t seem to care about keeping customers or providing clarity around pricing.
