Bedfords Importers Manufacturers and Suppliers

At 10am this morning, I called both contact numbers, no answer multiple times. I then emailed Carol and Maraldia multiple times and still no response. It's now 5PM.

Disgusting service provided by these people! I cancelled my order after waiting 6 weeks for it due to their supplier that closed down and getting a new one. They dont inform you of anything at all. It's been a week later of me calling everyday wanting my money back and still no refund. Don't buy from these people.

Shocking service, really shocking service. When ever you reach them they can't give you an answer and promise to call you back ... AND NEVER EVER deliver on any of their promise. I must have called them 30 times and no response. Dont bother trying with e-mail, its just as useless. When the cot arrived, its been poorly designed and cant actually be put together. Then they want to charge me to come and collect it again however for the past 3 days are unable to tell me when they will be able to come around to collect it. I am still waiting for them to call me back. I HATE this company and their employees with all of their false promises.

We visited their 'shop' a house outside of Epping and they seemed quite helpful. Told me to whatsapp them if I had questions. Which I did, and never got a reply. I then called them, and they said I should email them my questions. Which I did...and never got a reply. And then while I was searching more on them, found these reviews...luckily! We'll be going elsewhere for our compactum!

I made the biggest mistake ever by placing an order for a cot and compactum for my baby with this company. They demand deposit money from you, provide you with a delivery date of approximately 4-8 weeks of placement of your order and then you never hear from them again after that. Not only will they fail to ever deliver the goods to you, but they also won’t respond to any of your correspondence or refund your deposit money to you. It is now two and a half months since I placed my order with them and after threatening them with court action they finally responded to my e-mails confirming that they won’t be able to deliver the goods and that I would be refunded my deposit, which they have still not done to date. These people are not running a business but more of a circus! I am now pursuing civil court action against them to recover the deposit that was paid to them, as although they will make various promises to refund your deposit to you, they never process the refund which means that you will never see that money again! Don’t ever make the mistake of doing business with this company as they reek of fraudulent activities!!

I am shocked at the service provided to me over the last 5 weeks. It took their sales department 3 weeks just to get me a price to have my beds couriered to me,I was promised my beds would be manufactored and delivered to me over 3 weeks ago and they are still sitting in Cape Town!! I bought these beds for my children as a Christmas present and now I don't think they are ever going to get here. I have no information or tracking number given to me and don't even know who is courier ING these beds to me! Not once have they followed up on the progress of my order with me,I have had to email or phone them to get any answers from them. Yet they got their payment in full 5 weeks ago! Do not place any orders with this company as you may never get your goods

This company is a joke . There quality and workmanship is horrendous but they'll tell u they exceed industry standard . My cot came damaged with screws missing and so badly painted . They won't reply to my calls or emails and won't give my money back . They are a bunch of crooks . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY . U WILL NOT BE HAPPY

Keep phoning and no answer. Ordered and paid a deposit for a feeding chair from them at baby expo. Really hope this is not a scam.

So after I managed to get the Sleigh cot fix through my own expense because I had no response or help from the sales agents/manager Fadiel! I am now putting it together and nothing lines up or sits flush . They give you 4 pegs that don't even hold the stabliser bars together, one movement and it all falls apart! WORST WORKMANSHIP EVER SEEN. FOLLOWED BY EVEN WORSE SERVICE... THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER FLOURISH BECAUSE OF ITS CHEAP AND THIEVISH CONDUCTS!

Store must have closed down. Phone rings but no answer and the address is a run down house.
