Bedworthlake Student Accomodation

This place has potential but it’s disappointing the place is not clean,not all rooms are in good condition If constructive criticism is taken into consideration this place will be the best.But too many wrong things.

I am currently living in this accommodation. I would not recommend it at all. We are lead by management that doesn't care about our needs as student, the water is always cold and when we report it to our caregiver he just doesn't care because it affects him in no way possible. We spent about 2 months without shower curtainsin the very cold winter, after we had been asking management to replace the old unhygienic ones but they instead removed them and we were left without shower curtains. The only nice thing about this accommodation is the convenient distance from res to campushence i gave this place 1 star rating. I say do yourself a favour and look for a better accommodation, don't even waste your time. But this is what happens when we are led by greedy, nonchalant management and sells us empty promises.

As a current student, I can only say manage your expectations, for what you see on the pictures is not what you get. The year is starting and well, let's just say I'm hoping for a better ending than this start. I give this place a 4/10.

This is a nice, convenient accommodation for vut students because it is close to campus. •WiFi •Laundry 4/10.. I think one laundry room for all this students is not enough. •Security I don't know..I mean, security for our properties within the accommodation looks bleak, anyone can steal from you and get away with it.

1 star, because I must have a star to write a review. A perfect example of what happens when you get greedy landlords who just want to increase profit margins that they forget to service their flats. This place is dirty. From the pathways to the stairs that welcome you into the apartments. Too many people in one house who share 1 bathroom and 1 dirty kitchen. The student don't clean. I don't understand why they don't have cleaners that come in everyday to clean common areas. Not once a week or twice a week!!!!!! Everyday. perfect place for students with no other options.

One of VUT best, clean residents. I stayed there for the whole year and never had problems. They have good wifi and used to do some activities there. I would surely recommend it for any students to stay there

Quite nice. The proximity of the place to VUT campus is really a good thing for the students staying there. The environment is very quiet, peaceful and very neat. The place is relatively quite secure and safe.

Good environment for students study at Vaal University of Technology, near the campus and near the shops. Has WiFi that's a bonus, a swimming pool the down side about it is that it is not located in an environment I would say it's clean, there is also an issue of noise but overall it is a good place to stay and not forgetting how safe it is for students who are living there.

Not safe at all . Even the management of this res they don't care you better look another place to stay in . Your laptops , phones, tablet act its in high risk . You shere the keys of your room with someone remember its a single, when u go out they come and take what ever they want And if you report to the office they will tell you that its not their responsibility to make sure that u are safe u must lock your room while we are sharing keys with others . There is no even a security camera . U'll find camera at a gate that monitor a security there.

FUNNY HOW THEY DEMAND THEIR PAYMENTS BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THEM HAVING TO PAY OUR DEPOSIT MONEY they tend to find reasons not to.
