Went for a repeat prescription on 16th June. They had no stock and was told I would be contacted when it arrived. I was not. I followed up yesterday 21 June and was told they would revert. They didn't. I have been without my Meds now for a week!! No wonder the original script was given back to me. It's as if they knew I will need it to go elsewhere. So much for supporting your small local pharmacy

I feel like part of the Bel-kem family as a regular customer. Always a nice joke or 2 to share with staff and the staff are always so accommodating. Brilliant specials on supermarket goods... good value for money ;-
