What a lovely place! As soon as you enter, the smell will confirm you made the right choice by coming in! We tried coffee, tea, cheesecake and the monthly special croissant. The cheesecake was good, but the croissant was something else! The pastry itself was delicious, and the almond and chocolate filling was amazing. The savoury sandwiches and pastries looked really good too. Staff was lovely. The space is nice, big, lot of light, and you can see how things are being made. Perfect!
So the bakery is excellent, amazing quality and they have lots of different delicious variety of pastries… The setup of the bakery and the different variety of food I would give it five stars. Price is fine Location is great But very slow service … unfortunately Staff needs to be more friendly with Customers, not that they are not nice, but I could not feel that they are motivated & excited with passion to-take the day with positive full energy…. Simply with a nice big smile. So the bakery is very unique & top quality and just to complete the wow experience it would be great that all the staff at this bakery different than any in London. Be energetic & motivated, Be excited and keep smiling I strongly believe that they need a team leader to make sure everyone is served perfectly. Coffee 3.5 stars Definitely very recommend if you want to eat something Unique And I promise I will give this place very soon five stars…. Because everything deserves to be five stars and more.
A nice cafe near Victoria coach station, famous for its flat bread. The environment and decoration is simple, neat and relaxing. We didn’t have a reservation, but tables were available around 4-5pm for walk-ins. Unfortunately, at this hour not many sweet options were available. We didn’t manage to try éclairs or Millie’s, as they sold out. In the end, we had a pastry pocket, which was just okay. The pastry latte was interesting. Quite bitter to start with, but finish with sweetness in the end. The service was a little bit lower than expectation. Staff was friendly. However, we were first offered a menu without sweet pastries and drinks. Then the waiter who took our order missed out an item, which we had to leave out as we needed to go. Will I come back? Only if I happen to be in the area. Probably not worth making a special visit for it.
Really nice bakery and cafe in the heart of Belgravia. I went for brunch on a Saturday and only had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table. I shared 2 flat breads with a friend. And I had a flat white as a drink. Great service and really good food. Highly recommended if you want to try a Middle Eastern restaurant or if you want to take home some of their home made breads and pastries.
It is scrumptious and delicious they are do it and do it right it has a unique mix of flavors which differentiate them from others. Never miss the Aubergine croissant it is my favorite. The flat bread as well is mouthwatering the quality of the coffee matches their products. I differently coming back
I decided to visit this branch whilst I was waiting for my coach home. Psst, they are located right next to the main coach station entrance! I was welcomed to a single table for one, and informed that I could order by scanning the QR code on the table. Handy! I ordered a flat white with a milk alternative, an adorably sized vegan cinnamon bun and the red pepper hummus which comes with a side of bread. Forewarning! You will be given a small loaf of freshly baked bread with your hummus, but I didn't complain because everyone needs bread in their life. The bakery was a nice spot for lunch on my own and it had a very relaxed, albeit friendly atmosphere. Good coffee too, which can be hard to find in my opinion. Also, I must add that my tiny lunch order came to around £11. I don't think that is terrible when lunching in Belgravia. I'll be back when I'm next travelling by coach.
Staff were nice and friendly but the bread and pastries were less than average compared to other bakeries places in London. I had the chocolate and banana bread which Didn’t like that much as chocolate didn’t taste that good and for 4.50 I expected to be better. Tried there baguette as well and find it a little dry and again expected better quality for the price.
Went as couple for a breakfast. The place is clean and the staff is polite. The order is done online at the restaurant or through the cashier and paying for the meal before receiving the food. We tried the Burrata burnt honey sesame fennel seeds, and the Fig goat’s cheese and ricotta and hazelnuts. Both tasted fine being in the West but doesn’t reach at all the taste of pastries in some of our restaurants at the Gulf area.
Menu options are great, lots of new and unique combinations. Unfortunately, the only let down for me was the very slow service. There was only 1 person with the tablet to take orders, which I don't undrestand why! When I called waiters that I need to order, they would say someone else needs to come, but they didn't call that specific person to come, they would just continue doing that they did, as it was a weekend. So I had to keep on calling different people to finally find that person. Then food came and had to wait at least 15 minute for my hot drink, which I asked for from 2 waiters. When it arrived, my food was cold already and almost done, and the hot drink wasn't too hot as well. Then wanted to order a pastry. Went to the counter and the lady said I can't order for you from my system, as I do take away only again I don't undrestand why not make life easier for the customers. I was looking around to find the person with tablet for 15 minutes, and had to go myself to the counter, as I found her behind in the kitchen, ordered pastry, waited 15 minutes for something that only needs to be taken from the pastry counter, placed in a plate & served again nothing came. So just asked for the bill, cancelled the pastry that never arrived, and left. So sad for such a wonderful place. I wish they do focus on their customer service.
Lived up to the hype! I was doubting how good this was going to be but they scored on all fronts. The place is really nice and the smell was amazing. The service was really good and everything tasted delicious. Of I didn't have to go back home, I would've come back again for sure.
