Sent me pictures and videos of the ring. The sizing of the ring was inclusive of the quote which was very impressive. Fatima sent the the evaluation immediately after payment for insurance purposes and arranged for my ring to be couriered down to Cape Town where she constantly kept me updated! I have never been so impressed and then my ring arrived and it exceeded my expectations. Beautifully packaged and the fit is perfect.
