Bad Quality and after service. When we installed it we found a dent and informed Bella bathroom. They insisted that the pictures couldn't show it. After 3 months of installation, the Tray has cracked, causing water leakage in the lower kitchen ceiling,Very bad experience. My order number is 00076225. and it's almost done installing. It's hard to remove at all.

Exceptional service! I had many questions to ask prior to placing the order but each time Kate was prompt in responding and very friendly, professional and helpful. After ordering delivery was within a few days delivery service used also excellent and we are really pleased with our shower tray- a high quality product and a fantastic price. Will definitely use Bella Bathrooms again.

Terrible. In my case, Bella Bathrooms didn't adhere to legally required distance selling regulations. The law states you have 14 days to inform the retailer you wish to return an item. The law goes onto say the retailer has to allow a further 14 days for the item to be returned. 13 days after delivery I told Bella Bathrooms I wished to exchange an item as I'd got the wrong size. I was told they would only accept if I had it back to their site within 14 days of delivery, ie the next day. This is clearly a breach of the minimum requirements as outlined in consumer law. Since then they have ignored my emails.

Decent price and quality but totally unrealistic 14 day return when you’re in the middle of a renovation. Add expensive delivery and returns to a pretty text book Customer service not particularly wishing to help made for an overall poor experience.

We haven't installed our new bathroom yet, but it has arrived and looks lovely. Delivery was prompt and customer service I may need to return something due to my error in ordering has been excellent.

Had a problem with a tap I purchased. Emailed Customer Services Joanne dealt with the problem very quickly and resolved the issue. Recommend Bella and Joanne for her customer care skills.

Great Customer Service!! had a damaged item delivered, a replacement had been located and sent within a couple of hours of my initial communication, no problems, highly professional and helpful staff in the customer services department, I will be using again and I can recommend on my experience. Good customer service is rare these days but 10 out of 10 for Bella Bathrooms

Item received well packed and delivered on time. I had an issue with one of my items, communication via email was quick and easy and a few days later I had a refund agreed. 2 days after that it was back on my card. Great customer service. Would use again.
