Bellair Municipality Swimming Pool

Was not impressed at all, was there the day before to find out what time they opened and was told at 6AM when I got there found that they were busy cleaning the pool. I was not informed about the pool been cleaned. When I approached, the life guard found her to be very impolite. I feel that if they are busy cleaning the pool, the doors to the pool should remain closed, as I was not the only person wanting to swim there were plenty of us waiting.

Nice pool I go with my little one there's no paddling pool for little ones you have to swim with them in the shallow end. It's clean, u can picnic and chill. R9 for adults R6 for kids

The Bellair public pool facilities are very well maintained and clean. Entry price is affordable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the operating times have changed. It used to be open till 20:00 in summer, which was perfect for an after work cool down. Now, they close at 16:30 which is useless for people who work.

Was threatened with violence life guards did nothing did not even spoke to the guy that did it nothing .to him yet I was told I need to learn how to speak to ppl and that I need to calm down.wont recommend coming to the pool one star for me bad experience

Very clean, well maintained swimming pool. The staff a very friendly from the lady at the counter/entrance, to the lifeguard and to the workers maintaining the facility. I definitely recommend a family day there

THIS POOL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN THE AMOUNT OF CHLORINE AND CHEMICALS HAS DAMAGED MYSELF AND MY FAMILY'S SKIN SO BADLY. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. THOSE CHEMICALS HAS BURNT MY SKIN AND FAMILY'S SO BADLY OUR FACES ARE LOOKING SO HORRIBLE. WORSE MUNICIPALITY POOL

Good evening. We visited the pool today. After playing with a soccer ball in a 2m radius on the grass away from everyone. The lifeguard came to us and insisted we dont play. Apparently it's his rule now. We then sat and observed. He was not confronting other visitors like us. Although they were breaking clear rules. 1. Dangerous play in pool. 2. 90% of people not wearing bathing suites. 3. Drugs being smoked on the premises. 4. Alcohol being consumed on premises. Which he did nothing about even after we brought it to his attention. He then contacted the police because we were playing with the ball. Even when the police arrived we told them about the drugs and alcohol consumption on premises, we were told that we did wrong and cant come complain now. The police then left and did nothing about the drugs and alcohol. I would like to be contacted by management as I will be taking this further with vigour.

The pool is well kept and cleen, life savers are "on the ball" and control any unruly behaviour, change rooms have recently been upgraded and the grounds are good not full of ants.
