Belle Âme Clothing

Fist of all, the location shown on google is on the completle opposite side of Plett than where the shop actually is. This resulted in us walking around searching for the shop in an office park thanks to google and a restaurant thanks to Facebookfor more than an hour. Please fix this! The store itself which in Plett Mall btw has terrible customer service, with the teller on her phone and 2 ladies fixing random things that don’t need fixing. When asking about sizes I was first told “we don’t have sizes”, but upon trying on a series of cheaply made dupes to the photos online, I discovered there were in fact sizes! But don’t be fooled! The few items that did have a label with sizes had “A”, “M” and “13”. The website is a total scam, don’t expect the clothes online to be in the store like 5 items where the same as online On top of this they charged us an extra R100 than the prices online. My friend experienced the same price increase and overall experience. So don’t go to Belle Âme with high hopes.

Love the clothes here! Very trendy with today’s fashion. Bonus that there is an online store so i can now buy the products I want without having to be on holiday here.
