Large, mostly coniferous forest near Boho. It will take about 90 minutes to walk around the 7km route. As the trail rises you'll be rewarded with beautiful views of mountains and lakes. The outstanding reason to come to this forest is the Pollnagollum cave and waterfall. If you visit the waterfall after a period of heavy rain, you'll be impressed by the sheer noise and power of the waterfall. The waterfall is only 5 minutes from the carpark.
Lovely, but demanding walk. Belmore Forest has stunning views, and is perfect for wildlife photographers. However, the initial 2 Km ascent is not for the faint hearted as it is quite demanding.
Not for the faint hearted and part of it closed atm with forest cutting so had to walk an extra bit on the main road
