What a phenomenal experience! Sent meds to my brother as he was very ill, I was in the UK at the time and Benn’s came to the rescue! A lovely lady assisted, send me the invoice which I did an immediate payment on and it arrived at my brother, all in under an hour! I am incredibly grateful!!!

Not very helpful or friendly. I find then quiet rude and they don't take the time to help anyone a fraction more than they should. I'll never go to this pharmacy again in my life

I would like to share my recent experience with the Benns Pharmacy, after getting my tablets and going to pay, their card machine gave problems and although it went through on my card and bank, they were reluctant of which I paid cash for the same amount, I was further asked to give my details and their ladies would rectify this, the turn of events happened on the 15th July 2022 Friday. I received no call from Benns, I made a call on Thursday 21st July 2022 and spoke to a Eloise of which I was told they will contact me on Friday to resolve and sort the refund out. As of a few minutes ago, I made a call myself only to be told they only rectify on a Monday and a Thursday, which both days have now past, my question is, could they not have informed me yesterday being Thursday they do payments on a Monday & Thursday, knowing their procedure. I slammed the phone down because Eloise found it raise her voice, me thinking who is wrong here, me or the Supplier? I never received a call from Monday and neither today after leaving my contact details. High 5 to Benns Pharmacy for epic service

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, always asking if they can help you with a problem/advice. They have one of the best clinics, on the East Rand. Really a great Pharmacy... one of the 2 best in Brakpan.

Friendly service and great advice

Its always a pleasure to go there. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to recommend medicine's to you if you tell them your symptoms. It has a lovely cosmetic area with a variety of different products and makes.

Got charged R 729 for an inferior product that normally costs around R100 to R 200 and had to then deal with bad customer service been a customer for 17 years obviously they have many other customers so i will shop somewhere else going forward.

Makes you feel part of the community. Spoils the children with the occasional sweet while waiting in queue. Is friendly and well equipped. Waiting times are okay.
