My hopes and expectations were exceeded when I placed an online order from the US for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for my mom’s birthday. A most exquisite arrangement brightened my mom’s day. I appreciated the timely and frequent correspondence to put my mind at ease that the delivery will be made timely and once it was done. My mom also received a call in advance. Their attention to detail, great customer service and professionalism is commended. I highly recommend this business.

I have used your florist several times before and have referred many people to you and as mentioned before we are very disappointed in the service we got from you and did not expect this sort of service from your florist: 1 The reef we requested had flowers on that we specifically said we did not want in. We said no Gerberers and no Chrysanthemums yet more that 50% of the reef had these flowers. We even have the message we sent to you. 2 The reef was so flimsy that on the day of the funeral it broke, and we had to mend it. 3 We ordered 100 long stem peach roses to be ready for Friday the 25th at 8:00 and asked that these be opened up from their bunch so they could be nice and open from Wednesday and the stems cleaned , yet when Liana arrived to collect them on the day of the funeral there were still in their bunches and not opened from Wednesday as requested and not cleaned, in fact she had to wait for them to clean the stems. This is totally unacceptable. 4 I had ordered the 4 large packets of petals on the Saturday, I then called to confirm on Thursday afternoon to confirm that all was in order and your response to me was that the market didn’t have petals and that I had to pay extra for fresh roses to be used for petals. Again this is unacceptable, if a client orders petals and you agree on a certain price you provide the service. Else you inform them well in advance and not wait for me to call you to confirm. You then stressed me out and I had to run around to other florists the afternoon before my moms funeral to find white petals. 5 In addition to the above, when I returned to pay for the additional 20 roses added to the original 80 order and the petals, you entered an amount of R1400 on your speed point, I then had to correct you and say the amount was less and in fact was meant to be around R600. This again is not acceptable.

Ordered some flowers a couple of months ago. Got them grim-looking and only lasted a day at a ridiculous price. Very disappointed. Thought I'll pop in and try again. Found they moved. Flowers VERY expensive and owner even more RUDE and unaccommodating than I was warned about. Even more disappointing in-person than online.
