Great service, I had a difficult order and they catered to exact needs and delivered on time!

A family run business which has been providing beautiful arrangements for Sandton for many many years. The arrangements and flowers are always of the highest quality. Every time I send or receive flowers through them people comment on how beautiful the arrangements are, the deliveries are always right on time and in general the service is fantastic. I highly recommend supporting this business!

Firstly - not impressed, Have not yet done delivery a week after it should have occurred. I would not advice using Benmore Florists. Secondly, staff is not helpful and uses excuses on why delivery has not happened. Also - no one answers the online call centre. Overall, I would not recommend using Benmore Florists. I suggest trying somewhere else.

Worst florist ever. Pathetic service delivery , staff has stinking attitudes and shambles flower arrangement. Worst part is the staff is aware that they mess up, yet no apology or any remorse. This is a paid service. Will never use this place again

I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday and couldn't have had better service, a beautiful fresh arrangement was delivered timeously, it lasted for a full week.

They disconnected the phone lines and don’t respond to emails They don’t deliver and can’t trace the drivers I have never dealt with a more useless bunch of people
