Outstanding service! Highly recommend! From when I walked in to the door, I was greeted and given space to browse without any pressure. When I was visibly interested, one of the ladies came over to assist me and we were able to set up an eye exam for the following day. The exam was eye-opening excuse the pun. I was given so much information about my eye condition and the optometrist, Tania, is so knowledgeable and kind. I have had 10 exams in my life and no optometrist has been so thorough or given me so much detail on my unique eye condition. I was beyond impressed. The glasses selection is also perfect as it ranges from "value/ affordable" frames to designer frames.
Wonderful team, thanks for your help today with my eye test and new glasses. Tania is great at explaining the results so you understand what's happening with your eyes. Big shout out to Heather for finding me some amazing frames, even better than the ones she found for me 2 years ago.
Benmore was extraordinary! Thank you Tania for the incredible care & detailed eye check. You and the Team, Ntombi, Jeanine, Heather was super. Received my reading glasses the next day and second pair a week later.

Heather/Errol & Thabby oh my, what a team & furthermore, as there's no longer any service in this God-forsaken country of ours & EVERYTHING being blamed on the Coronavirus, 2 find these 3 people @ yr Benmore Mall branch, quite a miracle. Nothing is 2 much 4 them & every "thank u" from any/all of the clients is ALWAYS followed by "u're welcome". In fact i believe a camera should be placed in the shop 2 show the world how a business should be run! So very grateful 4 the 3 of them & keep it up - Mrs June Smith.

Warm, friendly and inviting greeting on arrival. Covid-19 protocols stringently in place and the selection of my frames was patiently supported. Adrian, the optometrist is well experienced, communicated the health of my eyes and answered by many questions professionally.
