This was probably the worst service I have reviewed from VW. Upon arrival, nobody walked through the vehicle with me. No one could explain what the issue with the car was, the service advisors are rude, dismissive and abrupt. Thank goodness for Chane' who made the effort to speak to the technician on my behalf to find out what the issue with the car was. Finally, upon receiving my car; the car is scratched and chipped with no accountability or way forward.

I bought a T-cross on the 22 of December 2022 as a cash deal Paid and was promised that I’ll have the paperwork in a week Today is the 16th of January and still don’t have it The salesman keeps promising like 20 times and still nothing Every time I ask about it he give a faulty promise Very very poor service They charge me more than R6000 for registration and it’s almost a month with nothing yet

Serviced my car three times with them, Sis Mavis is one of the most friendliest, enthusiastic and professional service advisors. Her and the service team are amazing.

I had many issues with my car and took the car in to be worked on by different mechanics. The issue persisted for more than 2 months. No one could solve the problems. Finally booked it in at VW Benoni. They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. The staff was friendly especially Charne. The technicians were helpful as well as they explained the problems and how it was caused. I doubt that I will ever take my vehicle any where else but VW in the future.

Sitting here......Waiting, This after a booking was made yesterday with "Zinkle" wich is now not here from the Service department.Apparently, No one knows about it? The Woman at the Service Check-In fairly miserable about the whole and I feel like I am being "cross examined" in a court of law! WHAT NUMBER DID YOU PHONE? WHO DID YOU SPEAK TO? The last time I checked the Customer was to be treated with some respect but it seems all the rules have changed. Customers need to Beg to receive good service. Such bad customer appreciation. We use them all the time to do services on all our Company & private VW Vehicles etc. But I am shocked today to find that their customer service have fallen with 99%. I Will rather consider another place next time.......totally peeed off now!

From entrance security personnel do their work perfect. Marshall you to service advisory and car inspector whom they also make you feel comfortable. The service advisory gives you a call about the extra findings that need attention apart from service. Give good advise depending on your budget. Service was well done and they wash the car clean. All my items were there as l left them. I am happy with their performance. I have been their client since 2014 and still happy with Benoni City V W service.

Just getting a service history on a vehicle is such a big hassle. Nobody answers your call. Receptionist takes a message but then nobody contacts you back. Poor service

Great service from Delton who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He constantly keeps in contact along the journey and assures the best deal possible! - I've not experienced this with any other dealership having been in the market for a new vehicle for over 6 months now.

The professional team at Benoni Citi are always a pleasure to deal with. Service levels are fabulous. They go out of their way for their customers.

Mavis and the service team is world class and everybody including the Cashier is always happy to see me. They go the extra mile to make my visit pleasant and I know that the motor vehicle and I, is always well looked after. Keep up the fantastic work.
