Benoni magistrate court

The Benoni Court is sadly without recording devices for a few months now. Why are these important issues not rectified urgently. The amount of cases that get postponed because of this really wastes peoples time.

Disgusted at the treatment and the attitude of the person at small claims court office. She was rude and unhelpful and was doing everything in her power to not assistant with our query. Person like that does not deserve a job. Not to worry I believe whatg around comes around.

Not very pleasant after being assisted only to pay for the traffic fine the Gentleman by cashier was so unpleasant ,he took his time on his cell and told me don't I see other people seating where's the lady advised me to proceed as she was waiting for something ,very unkind for a Publicly servant ,he continued with his private business as if I did not exist .what an unkind service by cashier .

Although outside it looks like an upgrade, it's merely just a face. With services and proceedings taking hours to solve small problems. Security is also very low as people smoke in toilets with the security only worried about people who wear masks

No help from anyone when you enter. The clerk was gone by 13h00 on Friday. I went in to get a letter of demand but no one was available. I was told that they went home early due to COVID, yet no-one wears their masks. No signage as to where to park . Incompetent.

Reception is excellent,however trying to get a hold of a certain Lebogang in order to get a postponment is impossible. Covid positive and covid exposed person will be forced to go to court! Ridiculous that phones go unanswered for days, and over 10 phone calls and emails!

Due to the volumes of cases you can expect a long wait but my experiance is that clear your your schedule for the day

contact detais arent correct....when we phone it says its the old age home..poor service from the court people are very rude..

Since when are you allowed to bribe a magistrate ?

Worst service ever. Phones never get answered. personel are very rude.
