Had a nice relaxed day outing ! Facilities much improved and extended since our last visit. Kids loved the huge variety of birds and animals. Will definitely visit again!
Place is a bit far if you're based in the West rand but it is worth the drive! Animals beautifully looked after, staff are friendly and amenities in great order. We didn't eat at restaurant but it was quite busy so food must be decent.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Nice little animal park. Well kept and clean. You can have a picnic as well here and just chill while the kids play and interact with some of the animals in this zoo/park. They have a nice variety of animals from tigers to bears and alligators. You can also hold the snakes. Kids had a great time in the play gym and jumping castles.
Great kid friendly place . Kids under 2 enter free. The atmosphere is energetic, with kids excited to see the Asian bear , tigers, and many other smaller animals. Highly recommend the place just note that kitchen takes an hour to prepare food so do not come on an empty stomach
We are visiting here all the way from Cape Town and we were not disappointed at all. My 3 and a half year old daughter loved every moment. The food and drinks were soo affordable.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure

Great place to take the kids on the weekend to see various animals. Business is good as they are expanding and it looks different everytime we go there. My kids love it. The food is good, don't expect restaurant food, it's more of a café style, so the likes of burgers, milkshakes and slushies are what they do well. Main attraction is the animals who look very well cared for. It's not as depressing as other zoo's I have been to in Gauteng, where the animals look rough and unattended most of the time. Overall a great place to have a family outing where kids can learn about animals and interact with some of them.
This is a great place to take your family. Clean bathrooms, remember to buy food and feed the bunnies. All the animals seem to be happy. The exibits are well looked after. You can eat breakfast until 11:30 or lunch thereafter. They do have awesome slushpuppies for the children. Things to upgrade, shadow or also car ports for the children play area next to the eating erea. You also need to go early to receive great parking otherwise you will need to park your car in the street.
A very interesting venue for taking kids to enjoy local and exotic animals and birds. Not too well advertised. Had quite a big surprise when entrance was free for Pensioners on the Wednesday. Also a nice relaxing place around the restaurant.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Fun place to be at. It has a braai area, jumping castle for kids and some exploring to do.
