I was in for repairs with Hilton Coachworks through Peterborough Audi, Stuart Forge has been absolutely helpful and kept me updated from Day 1 throughout the process. I probably have not dealt with someone else as flexible and accommodating as Stuart, you come across an issue - Stuart has a solution! And this is not the first time I have dealt with Stuart, I have dealt with him back in 2018 and I can only see the experience getting better and better! In for repairs to a Golf mark 8 following somebody hitting it and then driving away while it was parked. VW recommended Hilton coachworks for the work and put me in contact with Stuart Forge operating out of Vindis, Peterborough on behalf of Hilton. Fantastic service, with a good courtesy car. Stuart was easy to contact and kept me in the picture all the way. Picked up the car today 17 June 22. It looks untouched despite needing a new wing, new wheel and repairs to both the driver’s door and bumper. Genuinely can’t tell. Stuart is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives a great feeling of confidence which is very reassuring as a customer. This is backed up by the quality of the work which is first class. Five stars. Can’t see how they could have done more.Services: Tires
Very pleased with the repair that Hilton Coachworks have made to my car. Colour match and panel fit are excellent and the car has been restored perfectly to original condition. Stuart Forge, who I dealt with, was very helpful and ensured I was always kept informed of the repair status and made sure everything was completed as required and to my satisfaction. I’ve dealt with Stuart previously and always find that he is very honest and you actually feel like he is working for you, to get the best repair and not the insurance company, who are constantly trying to trim their costs.
Somebody drove into our Audi A7 in a car park and damaged the body work wing & door. Luckily they left their details. I contacted Peterborough Audi and I was then contacted by Stuart who took over the process of getting the car repaired from then onwards together with AX for the insurance part. All I had to do was drop off my car and eventually collect it again. They have done an excellent job on repairing the car no sign that it has ever been damaged and also returned it in very clean condition! I wish I could do it half as well. From the start, Dougie was clear, consistent, professional and realistic in terms of length of time for the repair and the possibility that it could take longer if parts had to be ordered from abroad they didn’t in the end. The temporary car I used was a newer version of my own so that was easy. Ultimately, Dougie and his team got me back on the road with no hassle or unwanted surprises. After a recent accident I elected to get my car repaired through Audi and that meant Hilton Coachworks completed the work. I have only praise for the customer service and work that they did on my car and I am very pleased that I decided not to use my insurer's repair company. All through the process Dan B Chelmsford area delivered exemplary customer service going out of his way to help me through the process and keep me up to date with emails, texts and calls. As my car was off the road for nearly three months nothing to do with Hilton, more to do with Audi supply of parts the updates were very useful. Dan even dropped me back to my house when I initially dropped my car off which, as others have said, is customer service beyond what you expect nowadays. I only usually write a review of a company when they offer me bad service, but in this instance I felt that the excellent service I received from Hilton Coachworks deserved a review. So, thank you to everyone there who worked on my car and, to whoever manages these reviews at Hilton, please pass on my now public thanks to Dan! Thank you!Services: Tires
Hilton Coachworks did a great job fixing my car which had been hit from the back. It was taken to them via Audi Chingford after Dougie Flack, the vehicle damage assessor, went through the damage and organised everything. The repairs were perfect as I received my car looking brand new, also washed and clean. Great service and stress free process.Service: Body & Trim
