Bought a Bosch fridge on 2020/10/30 from BMC appliances in vereeniging and was delivered on 2020/10/31 Sat. On 2020/11/13 Friday after work the evening established that the fridge was not making cold anymore,the fridge is so hot on the outside that i measured it with a thermometer at 43.5° as well as making a continuous noise. Phoned BMC appliances the next morning and their first reply was that you only have a 7day return policy,and that he would submit a claim on Monday but can't give me clarity to when this matter would be resolved. I feel that in line with good customer relations they should have replaced the fridge immediately since it's only being 14days since purchase. I'm sure the customer protection act would step in should this matter not be resolved ASAP.

But for one lady, who are always helpful I'm not impressed by the rest of the staff. Some sitting on their backside and shouting " can we help you" does not show they want to help. Sorry
