The constant communication on the status of of my vehicle during each stage of the repair was great. And the job done rear bumper replaced was excellent. My shiny vehicle looks like new again. The guy that receive and hand over your car was great friendly and respectful. Would have Given them a 5 star, but the guy that came to check the car after I ask for something to be adjusted really left me cold.
..under new management...old was management great ...admin staff still helpful and friendly...job when finished still required me to go to a diagnostic reset at Toyota branch...sent my vehicle there after parts arrived...got vehicle back after three false starts...ready Thursday. ...No come Friday.. go ..no come Monday...not good enough by a long shot a week ?... small repair..back lens and panel....won't see me there again ever..
In January 2022 my car was in a motor vehicle accident, I was hit in the rear from the leftside, the damage looked very bad. Bernie's Coachworks in Parow did the repairs on my car a Kia Picanto. True to there promise they did an awesome job and returned my car looking brand-new. I will definitely recommend them to friends, family members looking too get any bodywork done on their vehicles.
