Berry's Mowers and Pools

Sadly, I have had to edit my rating because of recent poor service which included a female staff member fast asleep in full view at reception and no proper explanation given regarding repairs conducted. You guys are letting a good reputation slip away.

Great service. Got what I went there for without any hassles

I had an amazing encounter with a small repair to my mower. The front counter staff through to the technicians are very competent and I had an amazing encounter through the whole process. The young lady from the pool decision was very knowledgeable and had some brilliant ideas for me to try. Thank you guys and gals. Well done

Absolutely love the Berry's Teams - their attention to customer's needs is unbeatable and the turnaround time for machine maintenance is superb. I might get the services cheaper elsewhere but never the same customer service and that makes all the difference

Would have received a higher rating but service when entering the shop was poor - no one came to attend to me and felt a little lost.

Absolutely pathetic service. Zero communication. 1. Called for them to collect our generator. Said they’d come the next day; they did not. Repeat that times over 4 days, until they eventually arrive. 2. Said in person that they definitely do not need anything besides the generator itself. Turns out they need the key; we had to drop it off. 3. No communication re: the issue with the starter motor. 4. After numerous calls from our end none from theirs, a week later we are informed of the issue. 5. They say they can fix the issue. No problem. 6. A week goes by without any communication. We call, they’re definitely on it. 7. Another week without communication. We call, they’re definitely on it. 8. In week 3, a yawning man on the phone says it’s our fault for buying a generator that they don’t stock and don’t have parts for they said they do before, and that they have no issue with fixing it. Apparently they don’t have the parts; first mention of them not having the parts available. Parts manager isn’t at work. Even if all their competitors are closed, go elsewhere. Do not waste your time and money.

My pool motor sometimes trips and this was causing much frustration. As I am not an electrician and do not know how to test for a short I took it to Berry's. After two days and no call back I fetched the motor - not opened at all for checking! They seem to only want to sell me a new motor and as I explained, I am a pensioner of 80 and cannot afford high costs. Very disappointing.

Excellent service, replaced blade on my lawnmower in one afternoon as I explained it was urgent!

Shocked at the poor service. Took a pool pump in for repairs and nothing done in a week. If they don't want to do repairs just tell the customers. Glad to take my business elsewhere.

The manager was super helpful, i did not catch his name but thankful for the advice and service.
