It's a good property, however washing machines and blue block have electrical troubles. Although they installed washing basins, the water is still chilly and Jo'burg is extremely cold, so imagine doing laundry in such a cold climate with chilly water. Lastly, the rooms are adequate, but the stoves and energy are just too taxing for us students who don't have time to hand wash because of assignments and other errands we have to run. There are four students residing in one unit, although they are only using two plates. This situation needs to be addressed, and the heaters put in our apartments are also consuming an excessive amount of power.

It's a gud place for student mostly, neat and quite

It's tidy and quiet, which is good for studying. The manager is also polite and understanding, even the ataff security and cleaners is friendly.

its a gud place just we have electricity problems with blue block and washing machines.A laundry room was built but not furnished and for us student's we dont have time to hand wash due to assignment and other errand we have to run,even though they have installed washing basin's but still the water is cold and jo'burg is realy cold so imagine doing laundry on a cold weather with cold water and lastly,the rooms are enough but the stoves and electricity are just too tiring.Theres four students in 1 unit yet they are using a 2 plate, that realy needs to be attended to and the electricity consumptioning circuit is just too much as well as these heaters installed in our units ,they just consume electricity for nothing and the room is always cold even if u turn that heater on and ,why would it be installed in 1 bedside , what about the other section ?.The WiFi just loses data connection while u are in the middle of an online assesment and takes about 2 to 5 days for it to be back and why is the radius of the connection so limited and so syncronised,some other units dont have WiFi connection at all  Mafadi is a good place,safe and easily accessable but if such problems could be attended to,this place would be the best.  Update from 15 May 2019  Recently we as students haven't had WiFi for like 2 months now and T.V room has been sorted, the DSatV is not paid yet they always require us to pay rent everymonth, many student stoves have been damaged and apparently there was a student who found a bullet at his room and it make a hole on his ceiling so he couldn't use his room when it started to rain because his bed was always wet, and when this issue was taken to the management, result were to wait for a claim from the insurance and that issue has not been sorted even today...they said they were changing a provider for the WiFi about 2 months ago but still many students do not have WiFi as till now...many promises have been made but they have not been delivered...this has just went from better to #WORSE

A gud place but they can improve  on the stove part  .we as students  wabt stoves not two plates
