Good morning, everything was perfect. The staff friendly & so professional, impressed with the diversity we saw, the premises very clean, the lighting was nice & soft, the was doctor excellent & broke down a lot for us & made us aware of what other doctors we have dealt with over the years, brushed aside. Indeed dr Frere does what we heard on her clip on Instagram when she stated that "she looks AT the root cause" she made us feel welcomed & we engaged with her as if we have known her for so long. We were happy with everything & so excited to work this journey with Dr Frere & her team.
I honestly feel like Dr Frere has been heaven sent. 10/10. For the first time in years she made me feel like I can be okay and it’s not all in my head. I’m excited/nervous about this journey
Always a great experience with Dr Heidi Frere. Love the holistic approach in sorting out all internal issues!! Iron drip is amazing.
Extremely rude Dr kicked us out and still charged us. My wife who had been in isolation for covid, called the Drs office and reported overall she was recovering well be expeirance a persistent cough. The Drs office receptionist said she should come in and see the Dr. She met with the Dr Emily, but after 2 min was asked to leave as. She told the Dr that the receptionist had told her to come in and see the Dr even tho she had initially tested positive for covid. She refused to hear my wife out and kept raising her voice saying she needs to leave. Speaking down to my wife in a an extremely rude way. But before leaving we were made to pay for the consultation that we had just been kicked out of. Honestly one of the worst expeirances at a Dr. We are extremely disappointed with being treated like this.
