On all signs present it shows there is a baby changing station, yet when we pulled up and walked in nothing was available. This is terrible service as we pulled into this specific garage as it advertises baby changing station.
Staff friendly but seriously need to upgrade toilets. Toilets disgusting, not clean. Poor management. Going to avoid this Engen. In times of Covid you would think their sanitation would be up to standard. Their sanitation stations don't work either
Efficient and friendly forecourt staff. Toilets need a serious upgrade - 2 out of 4 urinals out of order same with the toilet cubicles. The facility was at least clean.
I have been using this filling station now for many years, but sadly I am trying to avoid it now. Nothing wrong with the friendliness of the staff, but I can see that there is poor management. The toilets are not clean, sometimes out of order. This is an essential part of your service level. The Quick Shop does not appear to be on standard. Last week was the least customers I have ever seen there. In fact nobody filling up.

Imagine walking in to see no one wearing a mask or any gloves, then wait till you hear that they don't even have their main product at the moment!! So went to a petrol station for nothing.
Pathetic service. We waited for 10 min without being helped. The gentleman in the vehicle next to me asked for keys and started. filling up his own car. We left without any one aknowledging us. We stopped at another station, filled up and when passing the same cars was still waiting
