Incredible service! Same day delivery! Engaged via email to clarify the delivery time, after ordering, as I would only be at the delivery address for two more days- only to find out it had already been dispatched. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Would give ten out of five if I could. What a pleasure. .

Not very happy with the service if you could call it that. The lady working there kept assisting everyone expect myself and my partner even though we had been there before all the people she helped. She looked directly at me and still called up another couple that had just walked in I guess because she new them. Eventually one other couple being helped had to mention to one of the other staff members that we had been waiting and the women still kept assisting everyone but us. Very unhappy with the service, really unexpected treatment.

Amazing staff and Johan was honest and very helpful in helping me choose a device. Great shop that has everything you will ever need. Mostly appreciate the honesty.

My vape became defective after a few months. Before I was even done explaining the issue, their courier was already at my door. They did not even ask me to pay for the vape to be shipped back to them. By the next day I had already received confirmation that the vape was defective and was offered a replacement or for my account to be credited. I then explained that I would rather like a different vape so I'd prefer for my account to be credited. They said don't worry which vape would you like and we'll organise everything for you. Honestly the best experience I've had with any company. The support team was extremely helpful and quick with responses. Thank you blckvapour.

Best vape shop! Always go out of their way to help. Marizandi mixed me a recipe her own thought up concoction years ago as per my requirements, and to this day I still order the same juice that she made for me. Simple and pain free dealing with these guys from BLCK vape. Thanks guys!

BLCK Vapour, you've made my day!
