What an awesome company , friendly service and great prices on scrap

Very crowded heavy vehicles moving around like mad and very disorientated.. to many bins so much so that you can barely move around inside with your vehicle and then still have to duck and dive other objects just laying around... Security at the gate was very friendly and did his job right to the last point ill give him a 5 star rating. The lady working with the money was very friendly and patient ill give her a 5 star rating aswell ALTHOUGH i will say and this goes to her boss she needs a new sign pad .. Non faris metals needs to make a change for example people who walk in should have a line and place they go and people who come by vehicle with alot of goods should have their spot as we stand there with the vehicle and walk ins just jump the Q. Other than all the above mentioned prices are not to bad and the service wasn't to bad either..

Disgruntled... Improvement on the payout process required. Spent more than an hour in the queue. This is the kind of business which gives you the impression that they are doing you a favour...

I liked the service that I received at BG Scrap Metals. The service was very quick and organized.

It was chaos. No system for the vehicles coming, parking or going.
