My daughter had her nails done for her Matric Ball. It looks pretty good, if I dare say so myself. We gave our own suggestions as the nail tech isn't very engaging surly & grumpy, but she did a good job interpreting what we asked for. Very pleased with the outcome.

Literally went today and this lady did my eyebrows straight, no shape at all!!! I’m so angry this people looks like they don’t even feel like working, the only lady that is good is the Indian girl with long black hair I’m not sure what her name is but she is really good the others are not good at all!Service: Eyebrow shaping

Did my nails here I was so disappointed  Cynthia dd my nails it was skew I went back to the shop carol said she need to remove it an do it over, carol left and Cynthia only dd my two index finger with a attitude complaining most of the time .......she's very unprofessional didnt even put cuticle oil on nothing....yet the nails is still skew paid r300 for what to sit with skew nails,and smudge

Very unprofessional, the manager came in and nearly banged the door in my aunts face and without an apology. I postponed my appointment for 5pm, I arrive at the store, and then the manager has the audacity to tell me that she needs to reschedule my appointment because they are too busy they have absolutely no customer service and need to go back to beauty school and learn some . I will never visit this place again and would advise no one else to have anything done here they really shouldn't be in business

I had been there twice with an appointment. The first time it was cut short because they were too busy. The second was cancelled by them after I already been waiting in the store for 20min. The excuse given was that they tried calling me. There was not a missed call from them nor did they have the courtesy to confirm if they had the correct number
