Been ‘trying’ to deliver since 19 October. Rude incapable driver No one answers help desk Honesty I can recommend them only on achieving the worst courier experience. However conversely I recieved another delivery today from courier guy and what a pleasure our small town department is. They remember addresses and names and are so helpful if you call them. Highly recommend courier guy. Firm stay away from big foot it’s just awful from start to finish.

chemicals on truck or truck is full for excuse This is now the 10time this is now really a problem A new store opening and now n cant deliver stock to them i am going to lose a big contract that cost me money I think.the least u can do is give me credit on the invoice for the mess up u as big foot courier has done I deal with u now for years when i got to u that u told me from kzn to cpt its 2 days this is really not nice from u at all

Unreliable, unprofessional and they do not do what they advertise. Will not recommend them.

Very disappointing service!!! Unprofessional!!! East London branch. I was given a run around about the delivery of my parcel. They kept on saying they are following up till they closed their offices on that day. I was also told that the manager would call to explain what happened to my parcel. I waited and waited till I bothered to call their offices again, the following day. The receptionist gave me a vague story about their third party and that the truck had a breakdown and and and!!! They still have not confirmed when I'm getting my parcel. They don't even deserve a star. Today I called Anne, who happens to be the one dealing with complaints. She noted the query and promised to get back to me but failed to do so . The manager Linda was made aware of the issue and that I requested to speak to her but never came forth. This is a place with a bunch of unprofessional people. They never return calls. The service is beyond poor.

They are fast on booking in when you want to send something with them.

Fantastic service the first two times, now we've been on the phone for an hour trying to get hold of ANYONE that is able to schedule a delivery. Updated to to 5 stars, still the same good service, understandably taking a dip during the festive season. Thanks for sorting us out in the end :

Always delivering company parcels late and excuses are truck broke down etc fix your trucks. I have been using them for a few years now am fed up with deliveries not done on time. Please have structure in your business. I need to find a reliable company soon.

Used them twice now to collect packages in Johannesburg that were "too big" for some other courier companies. By far the best priced and I only received good service them.

Worst courier experience ever! Tracking option on internet faulty, customer service ridiculous, took forever to locate and track my package, could not receive a proper delivery time. After hours operators never answered phone. Took five days for a courier delivery of an hour away would have probably been faster via post office never again!!!

Great friendly service, been only a pleasure to work with.
