Super service from the very first day that our bikes were purchased. Took one in or Saturday 22.05.07 for the 500km run in service and was met with kindness. Bike was serviced in a hours time, sending me back on my way. During the service was advised professionally on a new bike i want to buy to what will rather suite me. One of my worst experiences. Was quoted differently on the phone and had to pay extra once at the shop. Cracked my mirror and when asked who has to front the cost I was imply ignored also broke my side cover and didn't mention it. Horrendous customer experience and dishonest staff! The mechanic took pictures of everything that was broken, the mirror wasn't one of the items he took pictures of, the side cover had a crack already and that is correct I did ask how it can be fixed. After arriving at home I then inspected the bike as I was in a rush to get back. None the less, thank you for your response. I appreciate you not denying the mirror was cracked in the work shop and nothing was done about it. I have fitted the cost to replace the mirrors. Thank you for your assistance.
