Here at Bike City we offer a range of brand new motorcycles in our showroom - pit bikes, road bikes, scooters, quads and tuk - tuks.
Some of the makes of bikes we sell include Big Boy, Gomoto and Jonway.

We will also sell your second hand motorcycle (any make) for you, ensuring you a good price.

We have a workshop offering service and repair to all bikes, and keep various spares in stock too.

We offer finance and also welcome trade ins.

All our new motorcycles have a 3 year warranty

I bought my son a new Sym scooter, The ad on FB Marketplace stated one price, with a R1000 service voucher. When i went in to Purchase the price was R1500 more, and I was told "oh thats an old price" but it was posted 2 weeks prior !. Anyway i purchased ... Then came my first service at 300KM, They wanted to charge me, I said i got a service voucher, they said i must produce it .. It was never given to me. After a bit of a fight they went ahead with the service under the voucher. From that day the bike started leaking oil. I contacted them and they said it was "sweating". Booked the 1000km service, mentioned the balance of funds still on my service voucher, Salesman said no problem. Got a call that the sump plug was loose and i was low on oil .. Service took 30 minutes, Not actually sure what they could do in 30 minutes ?? Went to collect the scooter and was given an invoice and asked to pay, I reminded them of the balance of my service voucher and was told "oh no that expires after 3 months " Lost my cool in reception a bit, The chap behind the counter just shook his head and said "eh this place, No customer care" I had no option but to pay. Watch out for these guys, and if you do deal with them make sure you get it in writing !

Closed and incorrect parts supplied twice
Tried tested n trusted Bike Shop. Around for quite some time. Sales n repairs. Competitive pricing as well as quality products. Sales experience is great and Brandon is very knowledgeable.
I want to recommend Kerry from this Bike City Durban, her service is outstanding. We have purchased a Tuk Tuk from her and she was absolutely amazing. If you are in the market to purchase one Kerry is sure your go to sales lady. Excellent service well done.
