Biloxi Spur Steak Ranch

One of the best Spur's to bring your children to play. The play staff is absolutely fabulous, so warm and caring. Well done, keep it up. As to the food, food is expensive, not great quality and service lacks. We sat 20min before someone took our order, however with that being said, once order placed it went quite quick. Having the tags for the kids are a huge plus as you know your child is safe as the alarm goes off when kids leave. Well done on making it better and safer for our kids. Just for that reason we look pass the other things that lacks Kid-friendliness: Excellent staff - warm caring and loves to play with your kids!

Did not get menus from receptionist on arrival. 10 minutes later a waitress arrived and we asked for menus. She pointed at two copies of one special on the table. I insisted on full menus. We ordered drinks, myself a soda and my wife tea. After 8 minutes I received my Coke. Another 10 minutes went by before my wife's tea arrived, only after the floor manager had stepped in. My wife, being on a strict health diet, ordered the Soy Burger with salad. 25 minutes later the food arrived. There was no salad but chips. Again the floor manager had to step in, telling us she would let us have a waffle for free. We refused as my wife is not allowed that on her special diet. This was really disgusting service. We had arrived at 12:10 and only left at 14:35! For two burgers!!! At least five other groups also had the same kind of service, with one group leaving in disgust. All about one absolutely pathetic waitress!!!! Sorry, this used to be our favourite eating place, but, alas, no more.

Poor quality food and drinks. Sent back food cause it was cold. The hot veg was disgusting, bland spinach and cabbage, carrot and potatoes. Picture on menu is spinach and cream and butternut, please advise patrons in future cause thats false advertising.Food: 1/5

No soap in the men's bathroom. Surely that should be a standard in such a busy restuarant?? And the bathroom register was last signed 2 days ago. Also, my 7 year old spilled his brand new drink, and I asked for another. And I know it was my son's mistake, but it would have been a nice gesture if the multi millionaire company could have replaced it.

We arrived at the restaurant just after 9am to celebrate my Godsons 3rd birthday over breakfast. We ordered drinks not long after being seated; I asked for oranged juice, sorry they don't have orange juice.. at breakfast time. My brother-on-law asked for a strawberry milkshake, sorry no strawberry syrup.. first thing in the morning. While waiting for our drinks to arrive, a waitress came to remove our menus; we hadn't even ordered food yet. I informed her of this, she giggled and moved on. Our drinks arrived and we ordered breakfast and a kiddies meal for my Godson. About 20-25 minutes later, my Godsons meal arrived; and so the wait for the rest of the food began. By 11am, we still had not received our meals. People who had sat down after us received their meals before us. We asked a waitress for an update, she said she would check; she never came back. We attempted to flag down a manager walking by, he ignored us. Eventually, our waitress came to us and apologized for the wait; explaining that she was on her way to the kitchens to find out what was happening with our food as the waiting period had been unacceptable. We informed her that if our food was not out within 5 minutes, we would be leaving. 5-10 minutes later, still no food and still people around us receiving their food before us. We got up to leave. At the front desk, the staff blamed the kitchens. The manager that had ignored us came to see what the fuss was about. When my sister asked him why he was interested now when he had earlier ignored us, he smirked and gave us attitude. All of the staff at the front desk gave us attitude. Of all the years we have been going to this Spur, we have never been treated as such. The restaurant was not even that busy. Absolutely disgusting. Will not recommend with the current staff/managers working there. On a positive note, we did not have to pay for the drinks or kiddies meal that had actually made it to the table.

I'm utterly and extremely dissapointed in a spur franchise known with such amazing food this nothing but saddened my heart Went with my family out this evening on 24 of June and came home feeling more dissapointed than ever before by any restaurant The service was horrible me and my felt family as though we were invisible and barley got any waiters attention Then came the food now service is understandable the place was busy but the quality of the food in my opion should stay the same not only did we wait a long period of time but the food more specifically burgers were horrendous they were as dry as stale bread and had my son choking aswell as no taste we then went on to tell the server only for them to igonre our complaint Me and my family are very upset and we will never be returning

Order came in 35 minutes after ordering. Weren't even busy at the time. Waitress was never to be seen. Other waiters Weren't interested in helping. They're chatting more than working if you ask me. I saw my order made and was left on the warmer. When food arrived power went out. Had to leave with takeaways. Ran out of time...didn't order dessert. My family of 5 seldom eat out. When we do it's only at spur ranches. Will stick to summerstrand spur....Very Disappointed.

We waited over an hour for our food. Chicken was so hard we could not eat it. When we complained we where advised of a staff shortage. Dont open if you cant give good service and food.Food: 1/5

I have enjoyed eating at numerous Spurs. One of my favorite dishes is the Unreal Breakfast. As I am vegetarian I always ask that they replace the bacon with mushroom and I have not found any Spur having a problem with that until this one. They are willing to leave the bacon out at my cost and adding the mushrooms at my cost. I then decided to take the avo on toast and a portion of chips. The avo was the thinnest slices of avo I have ever experienced on toast at any Spur or other restaurant. See attached photos. After I said that I was going to complain, they brought me a few more pieces of avo.

I took my Mom here for a lunch treat while shopping in the last week of November. We ordered, received our drinks, finished our drinks with no food or waiter in sight. A couple that arrived 30 min after us had just received their meal. After getting up to find someone to help as we were starving and realized it had been an hour of waiting and were just told 'oh sorry, let me find out'. No one came back to us. It was now almost 1 1/2 hours. I went to look and saw our nachos sitting on the counter, thought food was on the way. I was wrong. It was still there when I came out. I went up to the Nachos and asked waiters if they were for us. Everyone was confused, no sign of my Mom's simple burger. The nachos were brought to the table, looked awful, 10 chips on a tiny plate been sitting there for ages. Still no sign of burger. Told manager we no longer want the food. No one cared. We left, all they said was sorry, no explanation of what had happened! The manager took my name and number and I expected some kind of follow up but nothing.
