The mall is well structured, problem is those hawkers around it. Government should make a plan for them, st least erect a workable structure and conducive place for them.  Lastly the shopping center manager should have a back up generator incase of loadshedding, can't have huge stores not operating cause of loadshedding.

Love it here, it a nice place to shop and chill. Too bad the taxi industry haras the e-hailing services. They still don't get that mode of transportation is part of democracy.

Birch Acres Mall, the only mall where security - in a most intimidating fashion - will accuse a patron of leeching WiFi and taking no care to enhance customer experience. Of course, a colleague armed with an automatic rifle to drive the point home. Apparently, one browses but is not allowed to use their smartphone within the bounds of the mall.  To drive this home, my friend and I were told not to engage with our mobile phones by security in the mall. Perhaps I have stepped into the twilight zone.  It's a shoddy mall with poor management who resort to back alley tactics.

This mall is situated on the zuurfontein Rd and isimuku st. Restaurants that you can find here are, KFC, galito's, debonairs. And also include clothing shops like Markham, Mr price, totals port's, identity Ackermans and lots more and banks like fnb, absa. Superspar.

The fact that one can't use Bolt services inside the mall is very bad

I liked the fact that it is very close to my cousin's house. But what I disliked was the traffic in and out of the place. It's a mess I don't think can be fixed...

Nice and clean although its located in a dump and smelling area

Beautiful shopping experience.i wish shopping hours could be increased during festive seasons because the place gets packed.

The place is good but they must be strict when it comes to those Nyaope boys who follow people even when they're inside the restaurant asking for money.

The place is welcoming. Service is awesome in restaurants. Some securities personnel may benefit from customer care training but generally the place is awesome .
