Bittersweet

This is the third time I received flowers from by boyfriend from bittersweet. I have been happy with my flowers both times before but the third time was a disaster. I have moved and my boyfriend had given my new address and they delivered to my previous address not taking note of the new address provided. I therefore did not receive my flowers on Valentine’s Day. When I did collect my flowers the following day, half the purple roses where already wilting and are visibly not fresh. My boyfriend was obliviously not happy and emails them. This is the response. Enough said. An apology would have been enough but this is totally humiliating. Email response : Good afternoon , I apologies that the flowers were sent to the incorrect address . It was the latest we had on our database. As for the flowers being “shabby “ whatever that is meant to mean , I can assure you our arrangements are always done with great care . The roses being nearly “dead “ is absolutely untrue . I have great respect for my clients and I value their support . I always purchase the Very best quality fresh flowers . I have sent out 650 roses during the last 3 days . We delivered as far afield as. Bergvliet , Lakeside as well as our usual Atlantic Seaboard And City Centre clients . We have had not ONE complaint , only compliments . Whilst I take feedback very seriously , and am grateful for them . I would like you to know that this recipient has not once in the 3 times we have deiivered to her been happy with the flowers . She phones the shop on receipt to ask when the order was placed etc etc . It would seem that she is not very happy with Bittersweet . Once again I do appreciate that you choose to use Bittersweet , and suggest you look at our facebook page to see what other people think of us. . Many thanks, Kind regards, Sandra

Had a little issue with Bittersweet but they sorted it out wonderfully. Rocky start but from now on would use them every time. I get flowers sent from overseas quite often so would have no hesitation to recommend Bittersweet again. Very happy Lucinda

Contacted this florist from UK and within hours the most beautiful bunch of flowers had been delivered to my family in Cape Town, Sandra who dealt with our request couldn't have been more helpful. Outstanding service.

They wrote a perfect hand written note and special birthday card to go with the flowers and the prices were really reasonable. So happy I used them and will do so again!
