I was at Motus Select this morning for my car to be inspected, the service was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I was very disappointed.

Paid a holding deposit on a vehicle after salesman suggested we do so to keep vehicle only to find out the Monday morning that vehicle was sold. Waiting to get holding deposit back. The manager Randal is arrogant and unprofessional. Will not recommend that anybody support them.

The vehicle I purchased was in an accident on the way it was delivered to me. The agreement was that the excess would be paid it has been 3 months later and still waiting for the money. Even if we were in lockdown. My vehicle will be repaired before even receiving the money. Really the worst dealer ever!

Ofense helped a great deal. I appreciate his efforts in all he did to assist me find what I was looking for.
