I prefer this hospital to others in Bloemfontein. Service is always great and place is clean and beautiful. They have all the doctors and specialists you might need.

What an amazing service I got from the doctors and nurses who attended to my 2 year old daughter when she came in with a seizure/convulsion today. I could see the passion and care when they were attending to her. Keep up the good work guys. It’s comforting knowing that there are people out there who take their work seriously .

I was in the maternity ward and I've never receive nursing care like this before. Every single nurse, cleaner, kitchen assistant, everyone was just amazing! Quiet at night so you can sleep and so friendly and so caring and helpful.

Their staff members Barbara Steenkamp tells lies about my company. When confronted, Carl Buurman said they will handle internally. It was a serious compliant. They just never solved it. It is like a cult, where everyone covers for everyone, even when proof is given. The email from Carl was rude. It let one wonder if he really knows what he is doing. I am sickened about how the matter was handled. Shame on Mediclinic, but even more shame on Carl Buurman.

My husband were in the heart ICU and had a Stent placed Ward S. The staff were excellent. From the Dr's to the cleaning staff. They were very attentive and consoled me when I was crying over the phone as I could not go with.

Service not to bad but the people where you must open a file not very good.I have to open a file for the wound clinic then the person open the file have made her own dissision and made me pay R411.00.That must not happened I mustn't paid the amount and waiting over a week to get my money back for someone who can not read want the letter stated for what I have to open a file.

Thank you Medi Clinic for your service. I left my Radiology Report in the restaurant and travelled all the way home for 2 hours. When I phone Medi Clinic they put me through to the restaurant to speak to manager Elisha. She was already aware of my plight and delivered the envelope to Radiology immediately. When I contacted Radiology they agreed to email everything to my doctor directly and so my problem was solved. 5 stars to all concerned for great service and efficiency.

My daughter went to this facility on Sunday 25 September 2022. The nurse left unsupervised for around an hour and by the time she came back my daughter's arm was sore. I'm not sure if it was caused by the fact that there was blockage or whatever that was in the drip was finished. My concern is leaving a sick patient alone with a needle in the arm and not knowing the reaction to medication

Staff is very friendly. They explain everything and answer quiestions patiently. ICU well equiped and very efficient

My father was supposed to go in for his surgery at 11. At 12 we ask around, and they tell us he will be operated at 1. Half past 2 we go to find a nurse and they tell us the doctor will only get here at 4. At half past 4, we are still waiting.
