The appointment went smoothly but it is now past my travel dates. Almost a month of waiting,mind you I live 4 hours away but having to travel and find out what the hold up is regarding my Visa has been costly. The delay is also costing me in regards to my trip. I advise you not to apply via BLS embassy if you want to travel.
Trying to cancel a previous appointment. System won't accept the Ref nr - each time get the message 'Please enter the correct appointment details for applied country'. Email and contact centre unhelpful. This means we can't get a new booking appointment for our trip in September.
I had a good experience with BLS Spain. Staff were friendly and my application appointment went smoothly just ensure you have all documents as stated, bank statements with original stamp etc. I got a message 11 working days after submission that my passport was ready for collection. The only negative is that the courier fee is built in to the payment so you have to pay for this service even if you don’t need it.
This place is extremely incompetent. They are very efficient when you come to submit your application because they want your money. Once you pay them they don't deliver. You are told the application takes 15 days on application when you enquire they tell you the allocation takes 45 days. The manager is very useless and he liars. Don't bother using this agency.
While the staff and process is okay at the facility - it is now 7 weeks since application for my holiday visa and it has still not been delivered. Every time I call they say it will be delivered that day however nothing. I am leaving in a weeks time and have no idea when I will actually get my passport. I should have read the reviews first - stay away from this port of entry into Europe - the worst service ever. Also was called in again after 4 weeks to redo fingerprints. Never again.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who completely panicked going through all the negative reviews. I had my application appointment on 31 March this year, everything went smoothly. On 19 April I received an email saying my visa had been granted. On 21 April it was delivered via Aramex to Free State. In only 13 working days it had been granted AND delivered without any hassles. Very pleased with the service I received!
Honestly this was the worst experience I've ever had with regards to visa agencies. Now I know they are going to respond to this note with an automated response saying to message them on social media which I did! but even there I did not receive any response or feedback. The times I phoned it just goes through to a call center in India where they will just track on the site and tell you exactly what the website is saying which for the record their website tracking status is usually wrong The staff at the Pretoria center were nice enough but with regards to keeping you updated they are extremely incompetent. I had to go directly to the Spanish embassy to demand to retrieve my passport. Which in fairness the embassy were efficient and on the ball and I appreciate that. If you ever need a Spanish visa, try to go directly to the embassy and avoid BLS. I would strongly advise anyone to seriously never use this company, they need to up their game big time! Just look at all the most recent reviews on this place.. They unfortunately live up to their Google reviews. Avoid BLS at all costs, because you honestly might not get to Spain in time!
Excellent service with friendly competent staff and u had a very good experience today. You do, however, need to park putside the business park as BLS has no parking inside. They said the process should only take about 15 calander days. Thus far the process was smooth and hassle free.
Reading these reviews before submitting my application had me so anxious, but I had the best service my passport came back yesterday it took about a week but it could be that I’m a crewmember and not going for holiday. Overall I’m very pleased
I have been waiting for more than a month on my visa. They don't answer emails and give you any feedback as well. Not good service at all. Have to go there again today to sort it out myself. I'm traveling on the 2nd of June and still no feedback from them. Very stressful if one have to do all the followup and absolutely no response from them.
