It's to frustrating, even thinking about it gets me reeling. Lost a 'stone' whilst cleaning it 'ultra sonicly', so after been told it'll be ready in an hour, that happened, a gift for the new year... Fortunately this review is editable so a shout out to Fichers Greenacres for going the extra mile and getting this ring back, before Christmas. Well done!

We are from Australia and a friend introduced us to this store. I purchased a diamond ring for my mum’s birthday and I must say that the service provided by Peter is second to none. He was very patient showing us a variety of options. Even with such limited timeframe, Peter and the team were able to finish the ring and deliver it the morning after so we can bring it back to Australia. We will definitely comeback to purchase a few more rings next time we are in South Africa. Hung & Branden.
I took my new watch there for resizing and they stole the battery. A new watch and they claimed that it must have stopped working . When I gave it to them it was working fine. I don't understand why they open a watch that needs resizing

Been a customer for at least 15 years now....my jeweller of choice. Marina is my go-to designer and I have built an incredible understanding and professional relationship with her as a representarive of this extraordinary supplier over the decade and half. Their/her advise is always accurate and to the best interest of the client. I will be a customer always.
I see the satisfied people don't review this. A pity as this jewelry store is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The setting is awesome and the products great. They value you as a customer and you can feel that. The after purchase service is good too.
