Our office had an issue with our alarm system on the 4th of January 2023. We called in to report it at 07:30 in the morning and were told that the technician would arrive at some stage during the day. By 14:00 no one had called or arrived and so we called again and were told that the technician would arrive between 16:00 and 17:00 our office closes at 16:00. At 16:55 another call was made and we were informed that the complaint had only been logged late in the afternoon and they would only be able to come the next morning. This was totally unacceptable, so the technician was asked to come, but only arrived at 18:30. The technician was very apologetic and confirmed that he had only received the call-out log in the afternoon. The staff member that had to wait for them to come, was only able to leave work at 19:00. We find this totally unacceptable and have to wonder how a big company like Blue Security can get it so wrong. Suné Alexander MJ Chartered Accountants, Gillitts

Huge huge thank you to the warden who responded to my Mobi-claw emergency on the M19. He was incredibly fast and ensured my safety. He even assisted me to clamber into the T Towing truck, as l am partially disabled. Thank you for world-class Service Blue

I will tell you one thing. This is an absolutely fabulous company. Their service is beyond reproach , and if you wantvto speak about response , there is no comparrison. This is by far , to date , the best Security Service that I have had the opportunity to be in contact with. Simply superb. I would recommend them to anybody!!!!!!

Have had issues with this security company since the day I signed with them. Not the actual security but their admin staff are horrendous! Be careful people they might just ILLEGALLY take money out of your bank account when you haven't signed a debit order form

I don't recommend you choose blue security because. we have contacted their office about a problem they reply and made arrangements or told us they will call back. but they never call back or come to my house the fix the problem. they are unreliable and I don't trust them or believe that they will keep us safe.

Thank you for very quick and efficient response when we called about a medical emergency. Provincial ambulance was dispatched immediately and arrived within half an hour. The contact person at Blue Security was very calm and professional and calmed the situation down quite quickly. Thank you for excellent service.

Blue security office clients are allowed to walk for all type of enquires. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist, we are also the best security company to be with in the Durban and surrounding areas.

I had an alarm problem the team Jerry, Malcolm and Mini arrived it was not a quick fix but they got me a quote there and then and were carry the part with them so no second call out fee very impressed with Blue

As we are running the a security company, we are using Blue security as our emergency response to all our site. They are very active, I can recommend them to everyone

Recording machine is on & no one answers for15 Minutes. National SECURITY & FIRE.  BLUE SECURITY  IS GOOD.
